Enter Military Leave into the System

Send Military Notification Form to the Employee for completion

Benefits Analyst

Completes Military form, forwards to State Retirement and sends Law Military Notification to DBM

Determine if the leave request is MAL or MLOA

Payroll Admin

Prepares the Administrative Leave Active Military Duty worksheet and submits to DBM

Process Details

Employee requests Military Leave. A notification from Employee Services/ Analyst for the SRA form 46 & 4 is received to complete.

 

Administrative Official reviews the Military Leave request and submits to Employee Services.

 

Employee Services Manager/ Analyst enters the Military Leave into the system and sends a notification to the Employee to complete the SRA form 46 & 4.

 

Benefits Analyst completes Form 46 & 4, forwards it to State Retirement and sends Law Military Notification to DBM. Then, determines if the leave request is MAL or MLOA for Payroll to process.

 

Payroll Admin prepares the Administrative Leave Active Military duty worksheet and submits to DBM if the request is MAL. If the request is MLOA, the timesheet will not be available.
